The Jon Ward Hereford 5K returns for its third year, honoring ex-Hereford Courier Jon Ward, a decorated runner and 100 Marathon Club member. The race is on a fast, flat tarmac cycle track at Hereford Leisure Centre, offering a 5K PB opportunity over five laps. All abilities are welcome, with profits benefiting charity in Jon's memory.
