Pretty Muddy Birmingham

Pretty Muddy Birmingham is a Race for Life 5K held at Cofton Park in Birmingham, starting in the morning. Rather than a simple road run, it challenges participants to go over, under, and through muddy obstacles. The objective is to climb, crawl, slide, and continue moving at your own pace. The 5K covers just over 3 miles and typically takes around an hour to complete. There is no set target time, and no pressure to compete intensely. Individuals can participate alone or with friends and family. The event raises funds for cancer research. A Pretty Muddy Kids Race and a Fun Run option are also available.
