Run The River 10k 2026

Run The River 10k is a fast off-road 10k in Edmonton, London, starting and finishing at Lee Valley Athletics Centre. It takes place in October, begins at 10:30am, and is open to runners aged 16 and over. The course follows the River Lee and is suitable for beginners as well as runners seeking a quick, straightforward 10k. The event has been running for 16 years and has sold out before race day in recent editions. Alongside the main race, there is a 1-mile children's fun run for under-16s at 10:00am, with on-the-day entry, a small fee, and a medal, snack, and water for each child. The 10k gives every finisher a medal, goody bag, and Run The River T-shirt, while results are published by race number and time only for safeguarding reasons.
