Triman is a triathlon race series held in Pieria, Greece, with events scheduled across May, August, and September weekends. Its longest standard-distance event is TRIMAN226, a full Iron-distance triathlon comprising a 3.8 km swim, 180 km bike course, and a 42.195 km marathon. The series also offers shorter options, including TRIMAN51.5 (1.5 km swim, 40 km bike, 10 km run) and TRIFAST (750 m swim, 20 km bike, 5 km run). Athletes can participate solo or in relay teams, with the full Iron-distance event limited to 100 participants.
The series extends beyond a single triathlon weekend. May features TRIMAN SWIM, a middle-distance triathlon (1.9 km swim, 90 km cycling, 21.1 km run), alongside TRISWIM distances of 1 km, 2.5 km, and 5 km, plus a 5 km NIGHTRUN. The August Xtreme races incorporate a mountain element with OLYMPOS-X, combining a 4 km swim and 191 km bike ride with a 40 km trail run. The OLYMPOS-X HALF modifies this to a 2 km swim, 92 km bike, and 16 km trail run. Additional events include night swims over 2 km and 4 km, a 200 m / 5 km / 2 km Super Sprint Battle, and a May prize pool of €6,000 for competitors.
