The 22° Maxistaffetta UISP is a 5 km race in Latina, organized by UISP, the Italian “Sport for All” association. The event is scheduled for late December, placing it in the winter running calendar instead of the typical spring or autumn road-race period.
The route is described by the organizers as a unique course within the city, where runners compete against each other over a short distance. Recent events have been closely linked to Latina’s local running community: the prior Maxistaffetta UISP was held at the CONI field on Via Botticelli, coinciding with the Grande Slam awards and the unveiling of the Natalino Nocera running circuit calendar.
