Frasassi Skyrace

The Frasassi Skyrace begins in San Vittore delle Chiuse, Genga, within Italy’s Ancona province, on a Saturday in early September. The primary event is a 21 km skyrunning race featuring 1,350 m of elevation gain, included on the SkyRunning Cup schedule. The field is limited to 250 participants, marking it as a select mountain race. The Frasassi Trail Mini Sky spans 11 km with 650 m of climbing and offers 200 entries. The Frasassi Walk follows the same 11 km and 650 m route for walkers, with 150 available spots. Participants receive timing chips, aid stations, a race pack, post-race refreshments, parking, changing facilities, showers, and a digital certificate; the walk provides logistical support but omits the timing chip system. Group discounts are available for teams of over 10 or 20 people.
