Fagerheikongen

Fagerheikongen is a hilly trail and forest-road race held at Lyngmyr stadion in Tvedestrand, Agder. Participants can select a 14 km short course or a 24 km main course, each with distinct competition classes and a recreational option for the longer distance. The route ascends to Fagerhei, reaching 175 meters above sea level. Organizers characterize both courses as rolling, not flat. The 24 km course features two aid stations and one water station, while the 14 km course has one aid station. The athletics group of Tvedestrand Turn og Idrettsforening organizes the race, now in its 50th edition, indicating its status as a long-standing local event.
