Ryggejoggen Løp

Ryggejoggen Løp is a terrain running series in Moss, Østfold, starting at the local heritage center in Rygge. It provides short, accessible distances of 2 km, 4.3 km, 7 km, and 7.2 km, suitable for those preferring a local run over a large-city race production.
