Ulvøyløpet

Ulvøyløpet is a trail race held in Stokmarknes, Vesterålen, offering 13K and 26K distances. It is part of the Ulvøy Challenge series, which includes Ulvøyrennet and Ulvøykarusellen, integrating it into a local, ongoing sports program. The race is put on by volunteers from a partnership of three sports clubs on Hadseløya: Melbu Idrettslag, Stokmarknes Idrettslag, and Lekang Ski- og Bygdelag. Any profits are returned to these clubs to support children’s and youth activities. The event features short and long course options, attracting runners from local clubs in Hadsel, Melbu, Stokmarknes, Sortland, and surrounding areas.
