Honest 10 - October 2026

The Honest 10 starts and finishes at Freyberg Pool in Oriental Bay, following a flat out-and-back route along Wellington’s waterfront. It is held monthly, maintaining a simple format: a 10km run/walk and a 5km run/walk, both commencing at 8:30 AM, with an early start option provided. The accurately measured course suits the 10km for consistent training or a personal-best attempt. The 5km offers a shorter option on the same waterfront route for beginners, walkers, and social runners. Wellington Harrier Athletic Club organizes the event, attracting participants from casual runners to those using it as a regular benchmark.
