Fundacja Białystok Biega organizes the event, offering adult distances from 16 km to 100 km, plus separate races for children. The available distances cater to families, novice trail runners, and seasoned ultrarunners, with options ranging from short trail runs to mid-distance ultras and a 100 km mountain race.
The 50 km race begins and ends in Park Zdrojowy in Świeradów-Zdrój, featuring approximately 1,230 m of elevation gain and loss. Aid stations are located at Stóg Izerski, Chatka Górzystów, Polana Jakuszycka DCS, and Droga Dolnokwisowa, indicating a route that incorporates notable sites within the Izera range. Participants have a 10-hour time limit for the 50 km course, earn 2 iTRA points, and are required to carry a mobile phone, a cup, and an emergency foil blanket, as disposable cups are not provided at aid stations.
