The LUK-Connect Triathlon Szemud begins on the beach in Kamień, located in the Szemud commune of northern Poland. This summer triathlon features swimming, cycling, and running. The adult competition includes three race options: MEGA, with a 1.5 km swim, 40 km bike, and 10 km run; Sprint, offering a 750 m swim, 20 km bike, and 5 km run; and AquaBike StoneMan, comprising a 1.5 km swim and 40 km bike ride, omitting the run. Relay teams can participate in the MEGA and Sprint races, with designated roles for a swimmer, cyclist, and runner.
The event, now in its fifth edition, attracted close to 300 adult triathletes and over 100 young competitors. It is organized as a family-focused day, incorporating children's activities and free youth races alongside the main events. The children's schedule features an Aquathlon and a Kids Run, which saw more than 100 participants. One recent edition increased the number of starts from two to four, and relay participation was notable, with a record 32 teams competing.
