Triathlon Kozienice is a short-distance triathlon held in Kozienice, a town in central Poland situated beside a large primeval forest. It is part of the Enea Triathlon series and features a very flat course, emphasizing steady speed over climbing. The Sprint race includes a 0.8 km swim, a 21 km bike ride, and a 5 km run. The Super Sprint offers a shorter 375 m swim, a 10.5 km bike ride, and a 2.5 km run.
The race begins at Kozienickiego Centrum Rekreacji on Bohaterów Studzianek, providing a distinct local starting point. Relay entries are accepted, allowing teams to divide the swim, bike, and run segments. Ars Athletica Sp. z o.o. organizes the event. Its flat course profile makes it a suitable option for beginners, fast age-group athletes, and relay teams seeking a simple race day.
