Runset Alcobaça

Runset Alcobaça guides participants through Alcobaça in Leiria on a 13 km urban trail, featuring stairs, short ascents, and city-based challenges. This event takes place in July, organized by MakeMove and the Municipality of Alcobaça. The day also offers an 8 km Mini Race/Walk, youth races, and a senior event, catering to various paces and age groups. The route alternates between trails and city streets, passing landmarks like the Wine Museum, the Volunteer Firefighters Museum, City Hall, the Garden of Love, the castle, and Alcobaça Monastery. The main race and Mini Race are open to participants aged 16 and older, with the Kids Race divided into several age categories. The Kids Race and Runset Sénior are non-competitive, fostering a community atmosphere alongside the more demanding 13 km race.
