Höstmilen

Höstmilen is an autumn trail race held in the Kolmården forests near Åby, north of Norrköping in Östergötland. The primary event is the traditional 10.6 km course, complemented by a 5.2 km route named Höstfemman and distinct races for children and youth. The course winds through forest paths connecting Sörsjön and Lillsjön, providing participants with an authentic off-road running experience. OK Kolmården is the organizing club, and the event also offers youth-oriented distances of approximately 2 km and 1.4 km.
