The Cookie Run is a 5K, 10K, or 13.1-mile half-marathon event. It is designed to be a personal and local experience with a capped number of participants per wave to avoid crowding. All paces and ages are welcome, with participants under 18 requiring a guardian. Runners can choose to run or walk the course. The event emphasizes a relaxed, stress-free atmosphere with coordinators providing support. Participants receive a shirt and are invited to join local run clubs for ongoing fitness support.
