Hickory Hustle 5K & 10K

This race is held in memory of Joe Buedel, a long time resident of Colfax and a dedicated member of the Perry Township Volunteer Fire Department. Joe fought ALS, and this event aims to bring awareness to the disease while supporting the Buedel family. It's a chance to honor Joe's life and the time and sacrifice he dedicated to the Fire Department. The Hickory Hustle course is mostly flat and includes a portion of the Big 4 Trail, finishing at Colfax Christian Church for a free breakfast. Proceeds benefit the Fire Department and the Buedel family.
