Midwest Greater Des Moines Half Marathon, 10K & 5K

The 2026 Midwest Greater Des Moines Half Marathon series returns. The Kids One Mile Fun Run starts and finishes at the main finish line for children aged 5 to 15. The main races start and finish in downtown Des Moines, near the Polk County Courthouse.
