Miles for Migraine North Carolina

Miles for Migraine North Carolina offers a 2-mile walk and a professionally timed 5K run at Jamison Park in Winston-Salem, North Carolina. This event combines a race with a community gathering for individuals impacted by migraine and headache disorders. Both the walk and run begin in the morning from the park on Meadowlark Drive. The event supports Migraine & Headache Awareness, Treatment & Research. Proceeds will benefit the Comprehensive Headache Program at Atrium Health Wake Forest Baptist, local migraine research, and fellowship training. All finishers in both the walk and the 5K will receive medals. Participants are encouraged to wear purple for a chance to win a prize. The festival area will feature speakers, sponsors, and a meeting space for the local migraine and headache community. This marks the 7th annual edition of the North Carolina event.
