Ninja 5K, 10K, & 13.1M at Rocky Mount, NC (31) 2026

For the Ninja 5K, 10K, and 13.1M, packet pickup is 30 minutes to 10 minutes before race start. Registration is only on RunSignup. The course is an out-and-back with loops varying by distance. The time limit is 3 hours and 30 minutes.
