Noah's Gift 5K

Noah's Gift 5K is a 5K Run-Walk-Skate in Hernando, Mississippi, starting from 180 W Commerce St. It is a community race with room for runners, walkers, and skaters, and it serves as the annual fundraiser for the Noah's Gift Grant Program for Teens. The event was founded in memory of Noah Costa, a teenager who played defense in the Florida Junior Everblades hockey program and loved skating, travel, hockey, and outdoor sports. Money from sponsors and participants funds grants for deserving teenagers to pursue extraordinary experiences, with the goal of inspiring them to help others; one grant recipient, Sarah Davis, planned to become a pediatric oncologist and said the grant helped her carry forward Noah's protective spirit.
