Versenyről
This program is for walkers, walk-runners, and runners completing a 5K, 5-Mile, or 10K. It helps you increase mileage, boost walk-run speed, or train to run without walking. Workouts are in-person at Greece Canal Park, Henpeck Park, or Canal Ponds Park, including practice of at least 70% of your chosen distance. The training plan is personalized and adjusted as you progress. It's a small group setting with individual attention. No minimum pace or prior experience is needed for 5K.
