Runtastic HAUNTED Emigration Canyon Salt Lake City

Runtastic HAUNTED Provo is a Halloween race in Provo, Utah, focused on costumes, downhill canyon running, and a party-run atmosphere. The primary event is a 13.1-mile Half Marathon descending Provo Canyon into Provo, complemented by a 5K and a half-mile Kids Run for younger participants. The Half begins in the morning, the 5K follows shortly after, and the Kids Run takes place later, accommodating competitive runners, families, and groups attending primarily for the Halloween festivities. The Half Marathon course fully embraces the theme: participants run down Provo Canyon, pass through the Spook Alley tunnel, navigate a haunted forest and a spooky graveyard, and conclude under a large pumpkin arch. Costumes are integral to the race, with individual and group costume contest awards presented at the Half Marathon start line. Finishers receive a spider-themed medal. The 5K is designed to be short and quick, with ample space for costumes, while the Kids Run allows children to cross the same festive finish line.
