RVA Sprint

Richmond’s only pool sprint triathlon is in Rockville. It has a short pool swim, a rolling rural bike, and an out-and-back run. It’s for first-time triathletes, with a beginner-only race. A battle of the sexes happens at the finish. Participation supports free fitness programs for children.
