Round 2 of the winter series focuses on La Trobe’s Wild Mersey Mountain Bike Trails, using the Mersey dirt directly. This is a club-style MTB race with a practical feel, described as a “relaxed hit-out on some awesome trials” and open to all riders.
Plate collection will occur, followed by racing by grade. Under-13s will have a shorter course, while others participate in the longer event. The participants are the typical mix seen at a local mountain bike event: juniors, older riders, and those in between. All riders require current AusCycling membership.
