Informazioni su questa gara
The Clint Eastwood is a last-runner-standing endurance race held at Oxley Creek Common in Rocklea, Australia. Participants run a 6.706 km lap each hour, beginning together from the corral when the bell or horn sounds. Each lap must be completed within the hour, making the race about repeating a controlled loop until only one runner remains.
The course features a smooth, compact surface with 69 metres of elevation gain and 69 metres of loss per lap. The route extends to the Secret Forest and returns, passing Pelican Island in both directions. Runners can access food and electrolytes from the aid station, receive crew support between laps, and utilize on-site facilities like first aid, cooking amenities, and toilets. Trekking poles are prohibited. To win, the final runner must complete an additional solo lap within the hour; if this is not achieved, all participants are recorded as DNF with their total laps counted.
