Informazioni su questa gara
Triglav Skyrun begins at the northern edge of Tuzla, a village nestled at the base of Bulgaria’s Balkan Mountains, directing participants directly into the elevated, rugged terrain of Central Balkan National Park. This June trail race offers three distances: 12 km with 600 m of elevation gain, 20 km with 1,000 m, and 34 km with 2,300 m. Even the shortest option presents a genuine mountain challenge, distinct from a simple village circuit.
The courses traverse the Sokolna, Triglav, and Rusalka mountain huts, extend through the Sokolna reserve, and ascend multiple peaks exceeding 2,000 m. The longest route ventures into the Triglav massif, reaching Golyam Kademliya at 2,275.4 m, one of Stara Planina’s highest points. Participation is limited to 300 runners, with registration closing upon reaching this cap. The event is organized by SK Mountain Running and Tourism - Kazanlak.
