The Circuito das Estações Inverno in Recife is the winter event in a four-part running series based on the seasons. It begins and ends at Forte do Brum, near Praça da Comunidade Luso-Brasileira, offering participants 5 km, 10 km, and 15 km distances.
The race utilizes Recife’s old fort area as its venue, providing a historical backdrop instead of a typical road-race start. Race Running organizes this event for various runners, using pace corrals named Quênia, Azul, Verde, and Branco, catering to runners aiming for sub-5:00/km paces as well as slower and novice participants. The participation kit includes a bib number before the race and a medal upon completion, with bag check service at the venue and reduced entry fees for seniors, students, and athletes with disabilities.
