39. Brunnenlauf

The Brunnenlauf is a May running event in Sonsbeck, Germany. This edition is named the Enni-Brunnenlauf. Its main race is 10 kilometers, and the event includes shorter youth races, such as 2000 meters. The running takes place on a loop course in Sonsbeck, allowing local athletes and spectators to follow the action nearby. The previous 10K winners, the Pfeiffer couple, will not compete, leaving the race open for new victors. Léa Topp, who won the 2000-meter race last year in 7:02, is not participating in her home race. She will instead assist the Red Devils volunteer team while preparing for a 2000m steeplechase qualifying attempt. Other SV Sonsbeck athletes are still expected at the start.
