Krefelder Firmenlauf RUN & FUN

The Krefelder Firmenlauf RUN & FUN begins and ends at the Krefeld racecourse. Teams from over 100 companies assemble there for a 5 km run each evening. Participants can connect with colleagues, friends, and other teams starting in the late afternoon, prior to the 7:00 PM start. The event is designed for workplace teams, emphasizing healthier employees, motivation, and company spirit within the Krefeld region. The course winds through the Stadtwald, offering a predominantly soft, forest-floor surface for about 95% of the route. Hydration is provided at two stations, one situated near the 2.5 km mark. This event has been a fixture of company life in the Krefeld area for over a decade. Run & Fun GmbH promotes it as “the company run with heart,” a motto reflecting the enduring relationships built with local employers.
