Informazioni su questa gara
PAUL150 is a 150-mile ultramarathon starting in Lindlar, North Rhine-Westphalia, following the Bergisches Panoramasteig trail within the Bergisches Land Nature Park. The primary race covers 241.4 km with approximately 7,000 meters of elevation gain, making it suitable for experienced ultrarunners, not casual trail runners. The organizers maintain a limited field, offering 75 spots for the main PAUL150 race and an additional 30 for an early-start option.
The course winds through hilly, panoramic woodland near Lindlar, crossing mixed forests and valleys including the Agger and Wupper. Participants run with partial autonomy, a factor reflected in the entry requirements: PAUL150 applicants must provide evidence of completing a challenging 100-miler within the last 24 months or a DUV statistics link. The event also includes PAUL100 and PAUL50 races, each limited to 75 participants and not requiring the same proof of prior performance.
