Samstagslauf Großenmeer 2026

Samstagslauf Großenmeer is a Saturday running event in Ovelgönne, Lower Saxony, organized by Großenmeerer Turnverein 1921 e.V. The program focuses on short local races: a Bambini run for the youngest children, a 1 km children's race, a 5 km jog, and a 10 km run for older juniors and adults. The event was revived ten years ago and is now in its 15th edition. Großenmeerer TV and Oldenbroker TV collaborate on the event, attracting participants from small children to adult runners aiming for a good 10 km time. Fast runners have an additional goal, as top performances can be included in the Lower Saxony best lists. Registration and results are managed via laufmanager.net.
