Oncotrail 2026

Oncotrail is a 100 km team race held annually in the Baix Empordà on the first weekend of October. The course begins and ends in Palafrugell, forming a loop through the region, with teams allowed up to 30 hours to cover the entire distance. The race is organized by the Oncolliga Girona Foundation, in conjunction with Agrupació Excursionista Palafrugell and Club Atlètic Palafrugell. Its primary objective is to raise funds for cancer patients, aiming to enhance their quality of life; one past edition saw 318 teams and 2,800 participants, generating 380,000 euros.
