The 10 km d'Embrun is a road race held in Embrun, a town in the Hautes-Alpes department of southeastern France, with its main event taking place in late May. The event offers more than just the 10 km race; it also features a 3 km solidarity walk, a 1.5 km youth race, and a 900 m children's race, allowing families and less experienced runners to participate without committing to the full 10 km distance.
The 10 km course winds through both town streets and the natural landscape surrounding Embrun. Embrun Athletic Club organizes the race, which is known by the nickname “Petit ours Embrun.” A past edition saw over 100 participants, and the solidarity walk incorporates a charitable aspect alongside the competitive running events.
