Bike and Run du Retord 2027

The Bike and Run du Retord begins and ends at Stade des Etournelles in Châtillon-en-Michaille, located in the Ain department of Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes. This bike-and-run event takes place in early March. Teams of two share the effort, alternating between cycling and running across either a 10 km or 20 km distance. The event also offers courses for children and juniors, ensuring the day includes activities beyond adult endurance pairs. The race is set in a mountainous landscape and is classified as a nature race. TRIATHLON BASSIN BELLEGARDIEN organizes it as an early-season event for the Bellegarde region. Participation has exceeded its previous record of 70 triathletes, with one edition attracting 100 participants, including 48 on the 20 km course. Bellegarde-sur-Valserine serves as the closest train station, situated just a few kilometers from the race venue.
