Informazioni su questa gara
La Grenobloise Cyclosportive sends riders into the Isère mountains in July, with Grenoble’s nearby Chartreuse terrain giving the event its climbing-heavy personality. It is a French Cycling Federation road cyclosportive on the national calendar, and riders can choose between three routes: 43 km, 91 km, or 130 km. Even the shortest option, the Rando, includes 1,300 metres of climbing, so this is not a flat introductory spin.
The Rando route is open to everyone and is not timed, which makes it the natural choice for riders trying a cyclosportive for the first time. The Mediofondo steps up to 91 km and 2,450 metres of elevation gain, including the climb of Pinet d’Uriage, while the longer route gives stronger riders a full mountain day. La Grenobloise also sits inside the Cyclo d’Isère challenge alongside La Thierry Claveyrolat Cyclosportive and l’Impériale Cyclosportive Laffrey, where riders collect points across the series for an overall championship ranking.
