La Langeadoise is a nature trail event held in Langeac, located in France’s Haute-Loire department within the Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes region. The next edition is scheduled for late August. Participants can select from two loop courses: an 11 km trail featuring 150 m of elevation gain, or a more challenging 24 km trail with 1,000 m of elevation gain. The event also offers races for children and juniors, catering to both families and adult trail runners.
The 24 km route is the preferred choice for most participants, with its significant elevation gain presenting the day's primary challenge. The 11 km course offers a more accessible option for less experienced trail runners. Now in its eighth edition, the race is still relatively new. Its location surrounding Langeac provides participants with a trail running experience in the Haute-Loire, distinct from a road race format.
