Les Foulées Parodiennes - Paray Le Monial 2026

Les Foulées Parodiennes is a late-October running event in Paray-le-Monial, located in the Charolais-Brionnais area of France. It features two distances: 10 km and 18 km. The 10 km race is for participants aged 14 and older, while the 18 km race is for those aged 16 and older. With a participant cap of 300, it resembles a local nature race more than a large city event. The race begins at the Salle de Bellevue, on Rue du 22 Août 1944 in the Bellevue district. It then proceeds through a natural course within the Bois des Aisances and around the Étangs des Moines. The route is rolling, not mountainous, with numerous single-track sections through woods and alongside ponds. The Union athlétique Charolais-Brionnais (UACB) organizes the event. Earlier Paray races, like the 10 km de Paray and the Tour des Sables, used town-based courses before this move into nature. This setup is suitable for experienced runners, as well as individuals seeking a sporty walk in a tranquil outdoor environment.
