Triathlon des 2 Amants

Triathlon des 2 Amants is a multi-distance triathlon and aquathlon event held in Poses, Eure, Normandy. It takes place at the Lery-Poses leisure park in mid-September. The event offers several race options: Aquathlon XS and S, Triathlon XS and S, and an L-distance triathlon for those seeking a more demanding challenge. The leisure park serves as the central point for the swim, bike, and run segments across all distances. The XS distance is for individual competitors, while the S and L distances accommodate both individual athletes and relay teams. Junior participants compete in their own cross-triathlon races using mountain bikes. The L race also contributes to the French national long-distance triathlon challenge. Now in its sixth edition, the event provides coaching plans tailored to different distances, from XS/S preparation to L-distance training.
