La Tamar 10K ti porta attraverso il Tamar Bridge, il ponte stradale che collega Plymouth alla Cornwall, passando sopra il River Tamar. Questa 10K su strada parte alle 8:30 del mattino dalla Marine Academy a Plymouth, Devon, e di solito attira circa 1.000 partecipanti.
La caratteristica principale del percorso è proprio l'attraversamento del ponte, che dà alla gara un carattere locale ben preciso, diverso dal solito circuito cittadino per una 10K.
