Ιεράπετρα City Run in Stadium Vol 6 2026

The Ierapetra City Run in Stadium is an evening track-running event held inside Vouzounerekeio Municipal Stadium in Ierapetra, Crete. It is organized by the Ierapetra Health Runners Club in conjunction with the Region of Crete, combining officially timed races with a stadium party featuring music, lighting, refreshments, and souvlaki. The programme takes place entirely within the stadium. It includes a 400 m children’s race, a 5 km race divided into two heats, a 10,000 m race, and a mixed 4 x 800 m relay requiring two men and two women per team. All races, except the children’s event, use chip timing. The 10,000 m race is open to runners aged 18 and older, with awards presented to the top male and female finishers overall and within age categories.
