Informazioni su questa gara
The Nowy Targ Road Challenge is a three-day amateur road cycling stage race held in July across Podhale, Spisz, and Orawa in southern Poland. It is presented as Poland’s largest stage race for amateur cyclists, attracting hundreds of riders and using a format similar to a professional peloton. Participants can select either a Pro route of approximately 90 km or a Fun route of approximately 60 km.
The race incorporates an individual time trial, mass-start stages, mountain primes, and team competition. One stage begins in Knurow and concludes with a demanding climb, while another loops from Łopuszna, passing through Nowa Biała, Trybsz, Łapsze, and Dursztyn. The final stage commences in Nowy Targ and finishes on a bike path in Pyzówka. Polish road cyclist Kasia Niewiadoma acts as ambassador, and the event also features a complimentary children’s race for ages 4-14 at Koło Stadium in Nowy Targ.
