Ainsley's Angels 2nd Annual Heart and Sole 2027

Ainsley's Angels Heart and Sole is a spring road race held at Mount Trashmore in Virginia Beach, Virginia. Participants can choose from an in-person 5K, a 5K Angel Pusher division, a 5K Athlete Rider division, a virtual option, or a 1 Mile Fun Run. The 5K course begins and ends on Edwin Drive at Mount Trashmore. It follows a flat, fast route that has a small-town atmosphere. Runners, walkers, wheelchair athletes, riders, pushers, families, and first-time participants share the same event. The race raises awareness for individuals with special needs and physical challenges, while also supporting Ainsley's Angels' mission to provide mobility.
