Bank of Ocean City Bethany-Fenwick Turkey Trot

The Bank of Ocean City Bethany-Fenwick Turkey Trot is a Thanksgiving morning 2-mile untimed run/walk in downtown Bethany Beach, Delaware. It is a casual fun run, not focused on chip times, welcoming walkers, runners, families, and costumed participants on the same short course. Registration includes a long-sleeve event shirt, picked up on race morning, with proceeds benefiting the Bethany Beach Volunteer Fire Company and other local charities. The route is a 2-mile loop around Bethany, finishing on the boardwalk. Previously known as the Fenwick Island Thanksgiving Day Turkey Trot Run/Walk, the event maintains its holiday theme: participants are encouraged to wear Thanksgiving costumes, pies are awarded to the overall male and female winners, and additional pies go to the best individual, family, and pet costumes.
