Vieni a nuotare con noi per la 17esima edizione della CEDAR ISLAND 5K SWIM, la gara annuale in acque libere nelle baie interne di Avalon, intorno a Cedar Island. È stata definita "One of America's Top Open Water Swims" e il percorso è in senso antiorario, con la marea favorevole sia alla partenza che all'arrivo. Si parte con una "mass in water start" e c'è un "90 minute cut off time that is strictly enforced". Il ricavato andrà a sostegno di SNEAKERS FOR SOLDIERS.
Tutti i partecipanti riceveranno uno zaino XTERRA, calze personalizzate e un asciugamano da finisher. Il check-in è all'Avalon Yacht Club; le navette jitney partiranno dai parcheggi in strada.
