Colorado State Youth Cross Country Championships

The Colorado State Youth Cross Country Championships at Aurora Sports Park in Aurora, Colorado, offers a state-level cross country meet for children ages 6 to 14. Races are divided by age group and gender: 8-and-under runners compete over 2K, the 9-10 and 11-12 age groups race 3K, and the 13-14 age groups run 4K. The Colorado Coyotes and Elevated Distance Training host this event. The meet is open to individual runners and teams; USATF or AAU club membership is not required for entry. Races proceed from the youngest divisions to the oldest, with separate starts for girls and boys after the 8U race. Colorado Race Timing provides professional timing and live results. Each runner receives a custom bib, and top finishers in each race are awarded custom die-cast medals.
