The Condor 25K is a trail race held in McDonald Forest near Corvallis, Oregon, starting at Peavy Arboretum. This 25K forest run includes approximately 2,400 feet of elevation change, requiring strong legs for hills but avoiding an all-day mountain effort.
Roughly 80 percent of the course is singletrack, featuring steady climbs, numerous runnable sections, and a small portion of forest road. This non-profit race directs its proceeds toward trail maintenance in McDonald Forest and supporting the Corvallis Mountain Rescue Unit. Advance registration is required, and early sign-ups receive Condor race socks.
