This annual event, the FHL Memorial Day Murph, embodies "Remembering Their Sacrifice: Heroes Who Defended Freedom." Honor the fallen and pay tribute to LT Michael P. Murphy and all service members who gave their lives. Participants will tackle the classic Murph workout: a 1-mile run, 100 pull-ups, 200 push-ups, 300 squats, and a final 1-mile run. You can choose to scale it or wear a vest. This gathering brings Soldiers, Families, and civilians together in a "spirit of remembrance, resilience, and community," offering a meaningful way to "honor our heroes." After the event, cool off in the pool. "Sweat. Sacrifice. Salute."
