Granite Bay Turkey Trot 3k/6k

The Granite Bay Turkey Trot is a Thanksgiving Day fun run and walk held at Granite Bay High School in Granite Bay, California. Participants can select a 3K (1.86 miles) or a 6K, which covers the same route twice. Registration includes chip timing, a bib, a shirt, a medal, snacks, water, and age-group awards, and is intended for families and all skill levels. Advance registration is required, as there is no race-day sign-up. The 3K begins on Wellington Way near the Granite Bay High School parking lot. The course follows sidewalks along East Roseville Parkway, Hillsborough Drive, and Eureka Road before finishing in front of the school. This loop is run clockwise. The 6K follows the same loop twice, with the second loop run in the reverse direction (counter-clockwise). The course has light traffic control, and packet pickup occurs at the Granite Bay Public Library.
