The It's Leg Day 5K is a chip-timed 5K run/walk held at the Canfield Fairgrounds, beginning at 10:00 AM. The course starts and finishes at the Colonial Inn within the fairgrounds, concentrating the event in a single, accessible location instead of a point-to-point course.
Runners and walkers cover the same distance, but awards are separated by category. The 5K run offers prizes to the top three overall male and female finishers, as well as the top three males and females in age groups ranging from 14 and under to 70 and over. The walk also recognizes the top three overall male and female participants.
